Participates in the preparation of Project Operational Plan, Master Construction Schedule and PERT-CPM for an Effective Project Planning and Monitoring of the Progress of Works in Project Site. Details the Schedule based on the present condition/workability of project site. Resource loading based on the Construction Schedule. Set-up Monitoring Tools for Efficient Progress Accomplishment. Tracking. Provides Project Management Team with a detailed target schedule (Three-week look, three-month look-ahead) Participates on preparation/updating Material Procurement Schedule Conducts committee meetings on schedule review. Identifies and Monitors events of delays in the Schedule for the purpose of claiming time extensions. Prepare and maintain the Operations Readiness and conduct monthly/weekly progress reports and S curves. Preparation of recovery program to catch up delays.
