August, 2012 Execution of high-end premium residential project “Raisina Residency” in Gurgaon. The project consists of nine high rise residential towers along-with basement parking, clubhouse, four villas, convenient shopping and EWS quarters. The total Built-up area is 1.5 million Sq Ft. The construction started in Dec 2008 and handing-over of Phase 1 to the customers was completed in Aug 2012.
Responsibilities included design coordination (from Feb 2008 onwards), obtaining approvals from DTCP, Budgeting and Tendering, on-site execution and handing-over to the customers.
