Job Responsibilities:
· Coordinating with team leads of various projects.
· Collection of reports from the projects and summarizing them and presenting them to the top management.
· Checking the status of the projects and the progress rate.
· Scheduling the projects using Primavera.
· Coordinating with various departments like architectural, structural and mechanical & Electrical etc. to ensure the projects the smooth progress of the projects.
· Getting the material requirements of the project and ensuring that the purchase department meets the material requests in time.
· Preparing action plans if the projects are running in delay.
