Ø Involved in Planning activities of construction of 300 x 4 MW SKS Power Generation limited
Ø Continuous monitoring of project activities for achieving daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly targets.
Ø Preparing daily reporting and day to day activity to catch daily work schedule.
Ø Planning, monitoring & controlling all site activities including manpower planning, resource
Ø Analyzing the major scope of work at site (as per the Contract) and discussing with various disciplines for criticalities & strategies for timely completion of site work.
Ø Attending site coordination meeting with client on regular basis for reviewing site progress & resolving problems.
Ø Making correspondences on regular basis with Client to build Customer relationship and sort out any disputes (technical or commercial) at site.
Ø Preparation the data for weekly meeting and attend the meeting with client
Ø Control on site activities for erection progress and resolving site discrepancy reports with engineering.
Ø Coordinating with Procurement department for shortage damage report
Ø Ensuring all site activities are carried out as per technical specification and quality plan.
Ø Preparation the punch points for meeting with subcontractor & prepare the minutes of meeting (MOM).
BILLING
Ø Preparation of RA bills.
Ø Extra manpower, hydra, crane, consumable & additional item bill.
Ø Manage bills of client & subcontractors in SAP (Data Processing Software).
Ø Bill certification by repeated follow up with client.
Ø Responsible for study of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) as per specifications and taking out quantities from drawing & preparation and Certification of RA bills.
Ø Identification and preparation of extra –items & Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of erection material. Responsible for verification of certified RA bills & Preparing all billing records and marinating it & Proper entering of bills without errors.
