LEAD PROJECT CONTROL ENGINEER
· Ensure the project detailed planning is laid out to elaborate each construction activity to micro level.
· Establish progress measurement strategy and cost control measures.
· Communicate time bound areas of project to construction team.
· Coordinate with the Client to identify the sensitive area of the project in order to ensure even progress with fewer deviations.
· Consistent efforts ensure the works progress and expenditure is maintained below the planned.
