- Resource loading in P6.7
- Prepare and update status - Resource Histograms
- Prepare and Update status - Progress S-Curves
- Develop overall EPC project Man-hour budget
- Develop overall EPC project Cost budget
- Prepare and Update Progress Measurement System (PMS)
- Estimate VOWD
- Earned Value(EV) and Performance calculations.
- Prepare Weekly /Monthly status Reports
- Maintain and Update project Database
