- Updating of Project Progress Daily,Weekly,Monthly
- Updating of Milestone & achievement of the Project
- Preparation of Monthly reports & Progress measurements using S-Curves
- Prepare Deviation report with schedule in respect of Time,Cost,Quality & Quantity
- Preparation for the Board Level Meetings
- Monitoring the Monthly turn over
- Monitoring the corrective actions achieved identified for achieving the targets
- Monitoring the Commissioning activities and report
- Preparation of Man Power histogram
- Preparation of Power Point Presentation reports
àCoordination & Follow up Efforts
- Co-ordination with EPC/Client/vendor for speedy resolution
- Follow up with SCM for timely availability of sequential Material/components and finalization of orders
- Co-ordination with the technical team for Drawing & site activities
- Co-ordination with Finance department for Bills & client billing
- Follow up with clients/vendors regarding site activities.
