September, 1988 - Programme Controls lead for $1.1B Water Capital Investment Programme; comprising 170 city-wide projects, with planning and implementation responsibility for all programme controls functions.
- Extensive interaction with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement and Construction personnel as well as Client Management and Programme Stakeholders.
- Responsible for ensuring that all integrated project controls processes and systems for the programme are implemented and that all employees are fully trained with these processes and systems.
- Programme lead for data management, including quality centric KPIs and analysis of cost and schedule performance of projects; driving pro-active communication with key personnel; promoting accurate, timely and informative reporting, as well as providing high quality output, controlling change, identifying and mitigating risk across the programme
