I am responsible for the prioritizing, planning and scheduling of the maintenance at Suncor Energy.
Some of my other responsibilities include:
Screening and editing of work orders.
Scoping jobs and creating task list and work procedures
Planning manpower, engineering, materials, equipment/tools, outside services and time requirements.
Assuring that job plans meet safety and regulatory requirements.
Working with operational partners to establish operation requirements and availability.
Scheduling jobs based on above requirements.
Planning and scheduling turnaround maintenance projects
Discussing plans with trades persons.
Representing maintenance in weekly scheduling meetings.
Working to establish an effective preventative maintenance plan.
Use of CMMS and Microsoft products, including Project, Excel, Word, One Note, Outlook and others.
Tracking and measuring of maintenance and reliability performance.
Running various meetings, including but not limited to: Job Hazard Analysis, Pre-Startup Safety Reviews, ect.
Working with contractors to establish job plans/requirements and collecting quotes.
Coordinate with Material Management to source parts and materials.
