  • Iron Ore Mining Project, Site Development & Mining Civil Works project planning
  • Perth Metro Project, Programme Development, Cost & Resource Loading, Progress Monitoring and Dashboard Report for Management,
  • Extension of Time Claim programming in coordination with Contract Administrator
  • Rectification the client comments for the programme
  • Construction Programs with CPM & Major Resources & Cost loading, Resource Histogram and Project Cash Flow Charts
  • Daily, Weekly & Monthly Monitoring and Reporting for Higher Management, Consultant, Client and Staff (QMR and S-Curves reporting as per BHP/ Rio Tinto contract specifications, for BHP / Rio Tinto projects)
  • Weekly Dash Board Reporting for Operations Managers.
  • Preparation of Tender Project Programme (P6) with complete Cost & Resource (Labour & Equipment) Loading, in coordination with Estimation Department.
  • Earned Value, Progress report for the higher management, particularly for the Metro Projects.  
  • Assisting Contracts Manager, developing EOT claims for Jimblebar & Brockman-4 projects.
