Producing a fully detailed, resourced and cost allocated programme from project inception, monitoring progress against programme throughout the project lifecycle, and producing reports for use by both the project teams and senior management on the current London Underground Station Modernization Programme. I was involved in Planning all BCV (Bakerloo, Central and Victoria lines) and SSL (all other lines except Jubilee and Northern Lines). This includes the initial coordination of the Surveys (both Intrusive & non Intrusive), Architectural Design, Site Visits, Project Programme Planning from the Scope of Works, Cost and Resource allocation. Stations currently on construction stage, which I have planned, include Bow Road, Plaistow Station, Oxford Circus, Bayswater, Dagenham Heathway, Northwick Park, Chigwell and Piccadilly Circus. I work as a Lead Planner for the Stations and integrate the Programme to show all the other Contactors working on the Project and Produce reports every fortnight to show progress and also why targets are not being met. A new data-date is set for every reporting date with updates being indicated on the Programme.
This is achieved through working with Project Managers and Project team to ensure project programmes are realistically progressed, making planning an integral part of the project culture. Producing multi level reports for different audiences and producing Earned Value and Key Performance Indicators.
