PROJECT: Civil & NGI works of the Construction of 190 MW Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) Yarnima Power Station in Newman-
1. Civil and U/G Services for Yarnima Power Station Project, Newman.
2. Non Generating Infrastructure (NGI) works for Yarnima Power Station Project, Newman, Pilbara, Western Australia. NGI-1 project included Design, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning of Raw/Fire water, Permeate/Demineralise & Waste Water system along with the Water Treatment Plant and ancillary support units.
MY WORK: I was involved throughout development of Baseline program from the tender program along with progress monitoring system and to implement at running project site as mentioned below in line with the Client’s requirement.
Significant achievement was developing progress monitoring system in accordance with the Client’s requirement, and successful accomplishment of the Delay Claims due to design changes & additional scope of the work by the Client.
Major Duties & Responsibilities: [used Primavera P6 ver. 6.0]
· Developed & updated detailed construction Schedule, recorded all relevant project Data, worked out what if analysis and Cash Flow.
· Produced Weekly and Monthly Construction progress including P6 Gant Bar chart, progress ‘S’ Curves, Histograms as per the guidelines of the Client including participating in periodic meeting with the Client & Sub Contractors.
· Provided and shared planning expertise with Project Controls team; worked out Delay Analysis program; assisted Contract Administration in Delay Claims.
