Responsibilities Handled:
Overall in charge of detail Planning & Control measures and preparation of Acceleration Construction schedule / Recovery schedule and Progress Measurement process for project execution.
Preparation of Tender technical submission includes Bid Programme, Manpower Histograms, Plant & Equipment list and Method Statement and as per client requirements. Technical presentation and Negotiating contractual durations with planning life cycle analysis to the client after bid evaluations. And also finalization of CL-14 programmes and Target programme for on running projects and detail Construction schedule and Progress Measurement Procedure for work execution.
- Detail Construction schedule and Progress Measurement Procedure for work execution.
- Trade-wise manpower requirements based on man-hours estimates.
- Resource / Cost based project weightings for all detailed activities.
- Preparation of Planned versus Actual Project & Discipline Progress S-Curves and Trade Histograms.
- Weekly Analysis and Progress Reports with Look-Ahead schedules.
- Work Productivity Evaluations through Production Reports and Cost Control measures through Cost Coding system.
- Preparation of monthly reports, monthly Payment Certificates, Updating material submittal status and procurement schedule.
