- Preparation of project master schedule (Resource & Cost loaded), using Primavera 6 Rel. 8.2.
- Integration, Monitoring and Controlling of Subcontractor Schedules
- Preparation, issuance and monitoring of 3 months and 3 weeks look ahead plan for site execution.
- Preparation and discussion of variance analysis based on the plan and actual progress.
- Development of project progress measurement system for monitoring and control.
- Preparation of manpower and equipment deployment plans.
- Coordination with Client, Engineer & subcontractors.
- Integration, Monitoring and Controlling of Subcontractor Schedules
- Preparation of project execution strategy; including mobilization of resources, reporting procedures and finalization of specific control procedures.
- Preparation of Resource histograms
- Integration of Project master Schedule, project Budget. Cost Structure and Price (billing) Schedule.
- Analysis and review of Cost and Price Structure.
- Attending and Preparation of MOM of weekly internal and Client/Engineer Meetings
- Performing, analyzing and preparation of reports based on EVA, S Curve and KPI’s such as SPI, CPI, and SV, CV.
