Responsibilities: Development of planning system for construction and design engineers to improve management and control of many projects totalling around £15 million annual turnover. Identifying areas for improvement in partnership performance and initiating change.
Key Achievements: Set up integrated system to allow decentralised but co-ordinated planning that complemented Thames Water's corporate systems and integrated with their capital expenditure controls. Mobilised the support of staff and senior managers for such a system. Presented and explained results to mangers and technical staff. Devised and implemented a training programme for Primavera P3 and Suretrak applications.
