Major Tasks Handled:
Construction of Berths, Breakwaters, Tank Formations, Buildings , Warehouses , Wind shields , Roads(Flexible & Rigid),Tyre wash.
Minor Tasks Handled:
Construction of Drainages, Yards developments, temporary roads, Backyards, Miscellaneous works related to project.
PLANNING:
· Analyzing of the Project Profit Percentage and Expenses details.
· Coordinating in amendment made from client for extra and deviation works from agreement BOQ.
· Preparing of Project Performance & MIS Report (Management Information system) for Every Month and year.
· Escalation statement for item rates.
· If Project delayed Submitting the Proper Reason Document and Get EOT for Avoid the Fine (Extension of TIME).
· Preparing the Methodology for Project and get the Approval from clients.
· Preparation of Concrete Plan for Every Week & Month.
· Preparing of Planned Vs Achieved programmed and bill details for Conducting the Meeting for every week & Month.
· Tracking with MS projects and used PRIMAVERA(p6) for all projects because of my own interest
SCHEDULING:
· Weekly update physical progress against baseline schedule.
· Prepare re-baseline schedule based on additional works and productivity rate.
· Issue S-Curves, histograms, two weeks look ahead, progress pictures
· Co-ordination meetings with subcontractors and client
BILLING:
· Preparing Client Invoices & to get certifying them.
· Analyzing of Client Bill, Sub Contractor Bill with Consumption of Material & Site Overheads
REPORTS:
· Daily Progress Report , Monthly reports
· Preparation of JCR (Job Cost Report), Analyzing of the Project Profit Percentage and Expenses details.
· Analyzing of Cost Control Methods and Compare with our Cash Flow Analysis.
· Comparing The Daily, weekly, Monthly Progress Back Logs.
· Preparing of Project Performance & MIS Report (Management Information system) for Every Month and year.
· Attending Project review meetings for every quarter.
DOCUMENTS:
· Preparing & Maintaining of ISO Documents, quality reports, & Records.
· Updating of Total Documentation and Facing the ISO and Other Internal Audits.
· Analyzing of Bulk Materials, Arrangement and Distribution for Batching Plant Regular Concrete protection.
ESTIMATIONS & COSTINGS:
· Estimating for the requirements given by clients with knowledge from IS 1200 (Part 1- 24), IS2502-Code for bending and fixing of bars in RCC & SP34 for reinforcement.
· Analyzing the rates for shuttering as per IS 10421 - 1983 (Plywood , Steel (Learning)) , concretes of all grade with design mix as per IS 10262 -2005 from batching plant with basic rates and change in rates IS 10067-1982 for material constants in building works and IS 7272 for labour co-efficiency.
· Submitting the Bill of Quantities for client to get approvals and rate analysis for items for tasks required.
· Analyzing the cost for wind shield structural part referring IS 808 for sections.
