Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company, ADMA-OPCO is a ADNOC Group of company, major producer of oil and gas from the offshore areas of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Carries out the preparation and finalization of project budgets, project planning and scheduling.
Manages schedule and cost risk assessment sessions and develops risk simulation models to mitigate/monitor/manage project schedule & cost risks.
Develops the Project Master Schedule for all the Projects of ADMA-OPCO covering all stages of the project life-cycle i.e., Conceptual, FEED, Detail Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning.
Monitors the Cost & Schedule and reports on the performance for all Project Execution Division Managed Schemes.
Supports Project Teams in the finalization of the Project Strategy, Project execution, contract administration, evaluation of claims and close out reports.
Carries out management reporting and liaison with CPLD, FD, CMD, Internal & External auditors
Invoicing verification and clearance
Contract Variations Management
Assist in developing project/contract strategies.
Actively participate in the monthly project reviews, prepare action items list and follow up.
Review and finalize consultant/contractor plans.
To assist in SAP monitoring and in providing support to the project engineers.
Preparation of budget proposals, detailed VOWD phasing and cash call forecast for projects.
To carry out monthly budget performance review and variance analysis.
Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly progress reports.
Develop and maintain the Engineering Management Information System.

Major Projects Handled :

Zakum Oil Pipelines Replacement : Replacement of 40 oil pipeline replacement including WHTs modifications
Ummshaif Oil Network Expansion : Installation of 5 in-field pipelines, 1 New Riser platform, 1 Manifold Tower and 3 New radials
