- Understanding the Scope of work with Contract Documents
- Establish and update schedules according to the procedures, project and contractual requirements
- Preparation Breakdown Structure/ Contribute to develop project planning and control procedures
- Monitor and tracking the activities as per the scope of work and nature of projects.
- Selecting the appropriate techniques and sequence of events for a particular project
- Preparation of Daily Manpower Report, Weekly Progress Reports and Monthly Reports
- Daily monitoring of progress, efficiency and take corrective measure to achieve target on time
- Preparing Deployments of Manpower & Equipment for company’s ongoing & upcoming projects
- Co-ordination with Site Supervision team to know the Extra- works other from the Scope of the Project and Claiming of the same by co-ordination with client
- Preparation of Monthly invoice/Day work Record preparation
- Preparing Extra Work & Additional Work Costs of project
- Keeping Close Co-Ordination with Site Planning Team
- Making mobilization plan and arrangement of resources on site
- Co-ordination with Procurement Department for the purchase of materials
- Co-ordination with Engineering Team for updating and maintaining the Engineering Register
- Developing proper Progress Monitoring System by the application of Histograms, S-Curves for Manpower, Man-hour, and Progress etc)
- Analyzing construction sites and local environments to determine appropriate logistics solutions and resources
- Highlighting Project Delays and recommend necessary action with coordination of Execution Team and follow up these recommendations
- Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude
- Hands on experience on EVM (Earned Value Management) and excellent knowledge of calculating schedule variance, cost variance, schedule performance index & cost performance index in order to understand the project status
- Assist Project Manager in estimating & tracking change orders & project changes management
- Liaised with project managers to resolve any variances and delays in project
- Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of project planning and control procedures
