Ensure project schedule is uploaded into Oracle. Mainly for month end but also throughout the month to ensure booking numbers are open for people to book to
Ensure Cost Calculator is updated every month. Am point of contact / trouble shooter if Cost Calc goes wrong.
Produce metrics data from the plan. This includes Earned Value Analysis and Waterfall Charts using Excel spreadsheets. Happens on the two days after month end.
Produce data for Programme and Customer Reviews. Normally happens the week after month end, using Excel, Powerpoint and Adobe
Facilitate Risk Reviews and maintain Risk Register. Create Risk Closure Waterfall Charts. Perform Schedule Risk Analysis.
Create Statements Of Work for Manufacturing. As and when needed.
Update Headcount Forecast DataBase.
Conduct Peer Reviews once a month.
