January, 2005 - To coordinate eight area planners and seven planning technicians ensuring that all correct project procedures were being maintained for this $2.3 billion project.
- To ensure that all project progress databases are correctly being updated and developed as the project demands.
- To liaise with all sub-contractors and area planners to ensure that correct progress and any assistance required in specific project areas is provided.
- Programme reschedule for “off sites” section of the project comprising of six sub projects with 2.4 million man-hours due to engineering over runs and material delivery shortfalls. Tie this all in to the main project with critical path links and present to senior management for submission for client approval.
