Jobs and Responsibilities
- Take off quantities (civil works)
- Check tender documents, check approved suppliers and subcontractors, contact suppliers and subcontractors to get quotations.
- Check quotation and compare with the correct quantities and specifications, preparing the B.O.Q for the final submission, breakdowns, variations & AutoCAD drawing.
- Check contract documents, contact the approved subcontractor & follow them for the submittals (Prequalification, Technical & Material).
- Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule for the Structures.
- Assisting Senior QS for preparing measurement for monthly Invoices and Sub-contractor Invoices.
- Preparing and maintaining project documents and correspondence.
