- Preparing & monitoring shop loading plan for in house manufactured pressure parts.
- Maintaining Master Production Schedule & load balancing for different shops and lines.
- Monitoring Delivery of Critical items like Drum, Panels, radiation Coils and convection modules etc
- Resolution of critical issues related to these items by allocation of adequate resources
- MIS reporting for progress achieved, critical issues and OTP
- Preparing and updating quarterly invoicing plan from SBU.
