August, 1992 Responsible for the maintenance of the detailed project network to support all aspects of the construction of a 1875MW Gas Fired Power Station (comprising 8 Gas and 2 Steam Turbines) The project covered all phases of site activity including:
- Undertaking all planning activity involving developing bespoke system amendments/reports.
- Major project elements planned included Civils and Structures, Mechanical Equipment, Piping, Electrical, Testing and Commissioning.
- Providing planning reports for Senior Management and the Client in substantiation of claims for disruption and acceleration
- Providing Project Cost Engineering support to Commercial Manager
