Responsible for preparing the baseline program using MS Project; detailed micro level scheduling of activities & resource planning; monitoring project progress & reporting to the Head Office (MIS) and Client; preparing costing and budgets; preparing monthly bills; coordinating among various departments at site and Head Office; and coordinating with the Client, the Engineer, Subcontractors and vendors on various issues & conducting meetings.
