A short term consultancy to investigate and document an integrated planning system, followed by taking a lead role in a team to implement the same system in other areas of Oman. System involved planning and scheduling of all maintenance, engineering and construction activities for oil and gas producing facilities. Manpower planning by discipline and resource levelling. Software used was Microsoft Project.
