v Responsible in preparation of the Baseline Programmed, to maintain and monitor the progress.
v Responsible in preparation and maintain monthly cash flow report to the Project Management Team in able to analyze the project status regarding the cost.
v Responsible to coordinate and collect information from sub-contractors to prepare Daily , Weekly & Monthly Reports to our Consultant / Client.
v Responsible to prepare staffing and resource reports monthly (Planned vs Actual).
v Responsible to give advance information to support the Project Team in claims avoidance and claims management.
v Responsible to prepare weekly minutes of Technical Meeting with the Client & Consultant & subcontractors meeting.
v Responsible in preparing claims for all the delay of events affecting the clause 14 programme (Contract Schedule), give all the facts , data’s , gather documents to support the claims & list all affected activities
v Responsible in preparation Internal Reports for Head Office for progress report, cost report (internal and external) & cost analysis to be used by the Top Management
