Design, Procure and Construct of 47.5km coal haul road project connecting SGS Coal Mine to China Border. Project support staff composed mostly of Mongolian local employee.
Establish consolidated contract programme and analyze critical path.
Produce Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and other monitoring tools prior to implementations of the project schedule.
Consolidate manpower and equipment resourcing histogram/S-curve. Establish project cash flow in Primavera.
Gather daily activity reports and collate data prior to Weekly/Monthly Report tabulation.
Coordinate with Superintendents to discuss construction methodology as specified on the Project Schedule and Construction Plan.
Engage in tendering works, estimating, and cost controlling/cash flow assessment.
Project Management contract(Planning, Quality Control, and Site Supervision) of the 240km road connecting Ukhaa Khudag(UHG) coal mine to China border. The whole stretch alignment divided into 7 different main contractors with a total of 2M bcm of earthworks, 140 nos. of pipe/box culverts, 350K bcm of Cement Treated Base(CTB) and 95K bcm of Asphalt.
Manage/implement the contract programme as agreed by the respective section contractors and the client. Issuing Key Performance Indicators(KPI’s) to monitor daily productivity rates as per contract programme.
Issue recommendations regarding resourcing to anticipate constraints and increase the productivity as per schedule.
Monitor daily productions and reflect performance on weekly report. Meet the contractors every week and discuss schedule related issues.
Directly reporting to Project Manager and discuss critical path issues. Discuss construction programme status and issue any mitigating measures to anticipate critical activities.
