Ø Finalization of Scope of work
Ø Preparation of detailed integrated Level IV Plan using Primavera.
Ø Estimate manpower, spares/material in consultation with Execution and maintenance engineers
Ø Responsible to analyze schedule status, physical progress, man-hours consumption, productivity, network logic, work sequence and three weeks and Four months look ahead plans.
Ø Compilation of work lists and job packages and distribution for validation.
Ø Weekly meeting with project manager and team to discuss and resolve project issues.
Ø Completion of monthly reporting dashboard and preparation of documentation required for Formal Management Meeting to tight time lines and changing requirements to reflect the requirements of the program.
Ø Costing and Estimation of Additional job other than base scope.
Ø Monitoring the spares/materials purchasing and delivery schedule
Ø Preparation of bar charts, precedence networks, planning "S" curves, and other project planning management tools.
Ø Responsible for reviewing schedule matters, coordinating with field Discipline Engineers for practical remedial measures in timely manner.
Ø Submit report to the Client management and in-house management against planned activities, identifying the problem areas, critical indicators and possible solutions.
Ø Responsible for defining the Job Responsibilities of each craft down the line before execution of work.
Ø Raise the requirements of construction and maintenance items and operational consumables and tools and ensure the presence of required resource at workplace before execution of work.
Ø Responsible in developing different what-if-analysis, case studies, recovery plans and project progress presentations.
Ø Responsible for the preparations of scope for Sub-Contractor and follow up of finalization of Sub-Contractor along with Contract Engineer after approval of management.
Ø Responsible for subcontractor’s resources analysis and planning.
Ø Responsible to approve Subcontractor’s physical progress, schedule, and valuation.
