Design and monitoring of Key performance indices (KPI) with analysis
- Review daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports, meetings, discussions and Presentations
- Action Plans & Micro Programs to ensure the actual production meets the business plan
- Implementation, monitoring and control of Balance score card (BSC).
- Advanced progress reports using SAP and Graphical presentations
- Analysis of QP Refinery competitive strengths and weaknesses, e.g. analysis.
- Develop and monitor Refinery business plans and instigate business improvement opportunities across the directorate.
- Drafting reports and business Plans
- QPR planning activities, strategic planning & perspective
- Business Planning & Performance, Monitoring ,improvement Analysis Oil Refinery and Production Facilities.
- Performance Benchmarking of the refinery process, functions and system
- Competitive strengths,weaknesses,opportunity and Threat analysis for business suggestion and corporate strategies.
- Corporate strategic Planning
- Refinery business plans and instigate business improvement opportunities across the directorate.
- Internal & External business improvement opportunities and activities
- Design Functional Planning system for co-ordination, performance and reporting of all Functional activities, annual Function and Business Plan progress monitoring and reporting
- Design and monitor business performance targets of the year against target, and against plan/budget.
- Co-ordinate and implement, a unified annual and 5-Year planning system for the Refinery with standard guidelines and procedure.
- Developing financial analysis reports on short and long-term plans
- Design and Linking budget and strategy and review strategy initiatives
- Strategic focus organisation (SFO) awareness , Presentation and training
