Reported to Project Manager and had direct responsibility for the preparation, updating and monitoring of all planning and scheduling reports. Duties included generating project procedures, designing and implementing the planning monitoring and control system, producing summary and detailed schedules for all aspects of the work scope, monitoring and controlling subcontracted work scope, reporting and liaison with client personnel, assisting in general project engineering duties as required.
Other duties included project tendering production and review, overall vessel scheduling within the DSND Group and reporting of the information to senior management. I was also responsible for the supervision of other planning personnel tasked with the planning and scheduling duties for other projects within the company.
