- Applications of PRIMAVERA for planning and monitoring of the project by preparing bar charts.
- Preparing & updating project schedules and budgets.
- Monitoring Subcontractor’s performance against baseline schedules.
- Regularly updating the project schedule and providing 3-8 weeks schedule forecasts.
- Actively participate in Client and site meetings and provide proactive ongoing support to the site management teams.
- Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly reports with S-curves and Histograms.
- Continually provide the Project Manager with information on the most cost-effective manpower/equipment loading levels per activity.
- Prepare reports using critical path analysis, Delay analysis, Risk analysis and EV analysis. Effective use of SAP for project time and cost control.
- Effective material management using SAP( PR creation, Material site issues and Stock reports)
- Checking and certifying the bills of subcontractors, service entries using SAP, reconciliation and payment advices.
- Managing Scope changes, Work change requests, Design change requests, LD claims and EOT claims.
