March, 2012 - Development and Monitoring of L4 Schedule and Package wise schedules.
- Submitting planning package to client for review and approval.
- Developing project applicable WBS (work breakdown structure) and project wide activity codes.
- Resource loading and levelling at EPC level and presenting to management to avoid any future resource crunch.
- Package wise Resource monitoring for achieving the schedule.
- Package wise S-Curve Development and Monitoring for entire project.
- Controlling project schedule by identifying critical path, project interfaces and schedule driving parameters.
- Maintaining engineering progress and procurement register.
- Development of Progress Reports on Daily basis, Weekly basis and Monthly basis.
- Active participation in Daily Progress Meeting, Project Review Meeting weekly and monthly basis.
- Project includes following:
- Cooling Water Piping, Sea Water Piping, Fire Water Piping and different Closed Drain Piping’s with different other systems.
- Project also includes Different Rotating equipments, Static Equipments and Heat Exchangers.
