Planning Coordinator / Client’s Representative
Project: To build the Puerto Errado 2 (PE2) - 30 MW Thermosolar Plant, a 150 M Euros project, at Calasparra, Spain http://www.nrel.gov/csp/solarpaces/project_detail.cfm/projectID=159 [2]
- Accountable for design, review and strategizing the project plan from initiation till completion
- Analyzing probable risks relative to recommended timeframes against variables including design, procurement, construction methodologies and other technological constraints
- Organizing agenda for Project Reporting & Delivery as well as baseline program performance period
- Identifying critical path to validate milestone dates
- Designing well defined programs encompassing the project phases categorized into 1st , 2nd , 3rd or 4th level as applicable
- Collating data from land and environment, engineering, procurement and construction groups and generating reports to evaluate the progress
- Presenting reports consisting of progress curves illustrating the current developments, describing the outcomes and forecasting future tasks
- Developing a fundamental operational module in a specific format to facilitate resource allocation
- Analyzing critical paths of delay episodes and recommending mitigation measures
- Actively involving in meetings and suggesting enhancements pertaining to project progress and other SLAs
