A professional engineer with Overall 4 years of Experience of project planning, scheduling & control for EPIC & field modification projects of Oil & Gas plants.For co-ordination of all technical activities of project and in order to support the Project Manager, my area of responsibilities includes the followings:

- Procurement & Construction For Lowering of Waste Water Injection Rate Project
(Client: QATARGAS Operating Company Limited)
- EPC for Combined Five Onshore Modifications Jobs (Client: QATARGAS Operating Company Limited)
- Site Installation and Construction for New Nitrogen Generation Plant (Client: RASGAS Company Limited) Responsbilities:
- To establish and maintain resource loaded project schedules for Engineering, Procurement and Construction work /facilities management using Primavera P3 planning software.
- To review the engineering design/deliverables and ensure that all design work and deliverables are in accordance with the specific project specifications, requirements and standards.
- Verify/prepare bill of material (BOM) and to submit material requisitions/Indents as per BOM to initiate procurement phase.
- Technical review and approval of material quotations as per project design specifications and applicable codes.
- Recognize and provide technical guidance, when technical problems are developing in the various disciplines/departments to ensure aims and objectives of project are effectively and economically achieved.
- Preparation of method statements/project procedures, Advise on interpretation of engineering standards and suggest improvements to the Project Team, in particular where safety, reliability and risk issues are identified.
- Resolving the commercial/contractual issues with client for purpose of invoicing/back charges/extra works/claims for additional expenses.
- To prepare technical package for project proposals / bids.
- Producing resources, manpower and equipment histograms /mobilization plans for the project and corresponding S-curve and revise according to scope changes
- To prepare weekly and monthly progress/Look ahead reports, perform progress analysis, schedule updating, monitoring, forecast and resource planning.
- Updating activities weekly, recording percentage complete, earned value and remaining duration until completion of business cycles.
- Performing schedule baseline comparison to actual costs/resources usage and work performed.
- Extensive regular contact with client and central brief present in progress review meetings on regular basis.
- To brief about project progress and to highlight project bottlenecks/concerns in meetings with clients.
