- Consolidation of sub-contractors progress.
- Weekly and monthly reporting (internal and to the Client).
- Follow-up of Work-to-go lists and clearance of punch lists.
Scheduling:
- Updating / Following of construction planning by area (P3)
- Realization of specific planning for critical activities / areas / Systems (P3)
- Realization and monitoring of Precom/com & Starting-up schedule. (P3)
