• Acquiring Project Controls team and leading a team of project control professionals with varying degrees of knowledge and experience. Arranging internal training regarding “ Methodologies of planning and using of Primavera in the projects “.
• Generated risk register to calculate contingency on the schedule and project costs by creating qualitative and quantitative risk analysis. Keeping under control of all budget and cost. Claim preperation and submission in accordance with FIDIC.
• Responsible for creating and managing cost, schedule and EVA (Earned Value Analysis) processes.
• Creating and consistently improving Project Controls Department’s standarts, procedures, and flow charts. • Ensuring and arranging the teams, sub-contractors, required equipment and materials for construction.
• Keeping the tight schedule and complete the construction before Mile Stones.
• Working with client in good relation and cooperation by protecting the company rights.
• Develop and negotiate project controls’ contractual requirements with vendor companies.
• Responsible for calculating Earned Value ( EV ), Cost Performance Index ( CPI ) and Schedule Performance Index ( SPI ), interpreting results of project performance and reporting to Project Manager. Claim preperation and submission.
