Responsibilities involve Project Planning, Scheduling, Project Coordination and Project Management using Primavera Project Planner andMS Projects.
- Engineering, Procurement and Construction activity for Oil & Gas Semi-Submersible Drilling Rigs, PLV Vessels, Accommodation Barges and Ship Building etc.
- Creation & Maintenance of the overall Coordinated Project Schedule
- Review & Creation of Client/Contractor Schedules
- Development of Engineering Bar-chart Schedules, S-curves and Histograms based on deliverables and in accordance with the Work Breakdown Structure.
- Development of Procedures & Coordination of Methods & Norms for Planning and Scheduling
- Maintenance of Cash Flow Statements
- Periodic Progress Reporting/Meetings
