Scope : Khalifa Port Industrial Zone Contract 1001-290 is awarded to execute the secondary Infrastructure of package A Zone A comprising of Deep services like Combined Waste Water, Ground Water, Potable water & Fire Fighting, Process water and shallow / surface works for Telecom, MV, LV, FO, Street lighting, Roads etc., In addition to that Combined Waste Water Pumping station, Storm Water Pump stations & Substations constitutes the works. Design will be issued in three stages Contract, Detailed & Issued for Construction. Based on Detailed Design Procurement of materials will be carried out & Construction of works will be as per IFC drawings.
Project Title : AL AIN wild Life Park & Resort
Cost : $436 Million (1.6 Billion AED)
Duration : 36 months
Client : AWPR (Engineer & Clent), Designer – Hyder Middle East ltd.)
Scope : The project aimed at converting 984 hectares of the Zoo area into SAFARI surrounded by Residential Areas, Commercial Retails & Resort Hotels. AWPR is a cost plus Design & Build contract. Rough Grading and Construction of Deep to shallow services like Sewer Network to be connected to external existing network, Storm Water Drainage Network, Artificial Lake, Soakaways, Wadis, Swale & Oil Interceptors, etc., Potable Water & Fire Fighting Network, Irrigation Network, upgrading existing Irrigation Pump Station, Telecom Network for Etisalat & AWPR private Network, HV/ LV Network, 11/0.4kv Substations and Paved Road Network to be connected externally to existing services on the periphery of the project with prior approval from concern authorities.

Scope : DIC is a re-measurable contract. The project aimed at building Industrial City, with all facilities required for industries to set up & utilize the allocated services along with Labor accommodations. It also involved building infrastructure works like Sewer, Storm Water Drainage, Potable Water, Irrigation, Telecom, LV, Street Lighting and Provisional Sums Irrigation Pumping Station, Potable Water Booster Pumping Station, etc.
Project Title : Expansion of Abu Dhabi International Airport Design & Build Apron at Sir Bani Yas Island
Duration : 120 days
Client : SCADIA (Engineer – Stanley)
Scope : This project is a re-measurable contract to upgrade the existing runway with new Apron, Security Fence, Culverts, Roads & other works. Project was awarded with EOT of 45 days by SCADIA on scusseful presentation of the Claim.
