Working as Lead Engineer (Project Controls) and involved in Project Control activities of KGD6 – 80MMCMD Onshore Gas Terminal Project (Green field) at Kakinada (AP) commencing from Dredging works, Site Grading, Piling Works, Construction Jetty and Infrastructure facilities establishment till Commissioning of Onshore Terminal Project including Infrastructure Buildings
Responsibilities:
- Interface with Construction manager, Project Control Manager and Discipline leads
- Preparation of WBS, Construction Schedules and Progress S Curves
- Preparation of Weekly Progress Reports which contains,
- Progress Summary/Highlights
- Areas of Concern on release of engineering drawings, specifications, purchase orders, Work orders etc., and mobilisation of contractors, manpower and resources
- Progress monitoring using S-Curve and liquidation Schedule prepared based on WBS and its % weightages, L3 Schedule
- Shortfall analysis w.r.t S-Curve and Recovery Plan
- Coordination with Engineering Team to resolve Site related engineering issues and updation of Engineering Document Submission Register
- Coordination with Commercial and Procurement Teams to expedite the timely delivery of materials and resolving contractual issues
- Coordination with Construction Teams and with Contractors to monitor the site progress
- Preparation of Close out Report and involved in Technical Capitalisation
