July, 1995 - Coordinating the subcontractors planning, progress tracking and reporting;
- Ensuring that the project organization, subcontractors and staff are kept updated;
- Preparing and updating of subproject plans based in project requirements and feedback from the Subcontractors and concerned staff and emphasizing to site supervisors the need to adhere to the activities established targets,
- Prepare histograms, tables, curves, resources logs as reference baselines for the control during the various project execution phases;
- Checking of subcontractor progress and invoices.
- Preparing of weekly and monthly reports.
- Preparing of Project Close out Report emphasizing in gathering of learned lessons for future reference of the Organization.
