  • Monitoring engineering work package transfer.
  • Development of Micro-schedules,Man-hours estimation and budgeting.
  • Preparation of manpower roster & RAG matrix including Mobilization Plan.
  • Establish progress reporting system (weekly progress report) and maintaining it.
