Creation and update of the Calder Hall WBS to enable de-commissioning of the Nuclear Reactor site in line with NDA requirements
Issue and update of initial project scoping documents ensuring all activities, deliverables, resources and milestones have been captured.
Production and update of individual site project plans using Primavera Enterprise P3e ranging in value from £100,000 to £5,000,000
Production of Earned Value data for Portfolio reviews (SPI / CPI)
Critical Path analysis
Undertaking Risk Analysis of Projects using Pertmaster
Creation of project specific reports and activity codes within P3e
Cost management of projects on a weekly basis, ensuring targets are not exceeded
Daily interaction with Project and Cost Engineers to accurately update all project plans currently assigned to me.
