February, 2007 February 2005-07: - Planning/Cost/Estimation Officer – Caspian Shipyard Company (CSC), subsidiary of KEPPELFels Singapore, LUKOIL and SOCAR (Azerbaijan Oil State Company).
DUTIES:
• Prepare variations from work schedule, assess impact and report;
• Create, build, manage and maintain a fully resource loaded and logic linked critical path schedule;
• Communicate all schedule information to the Project Team, master plan control;
• Implement and provide detailed overall project progress measuring system;
• Estimation of tender cost and plan bases for future projects;
• Timely delivery of all cost reporting and cost management deliverables on the project;
• Single point responsibility for the coordination, compilation, editing and production of QPSR (Quarterly Project Status Report) and MMIR (Monthly Management Information Report) based on multiple inputs from a number of different Project Teams;
• Maintain close liaison with the PDS Cost & Planning Department to ensure that all Project Team reports and presentation material have been fully reviewed and analysed within this group with respect to all cost and schedule information;
• Control of management system to assure process is rolled out and adhered to by all subcontractors in project.
