· Prepare target programs. Address the correspondence related to program / progress with client, consultant &sub-contractors.
· Preparation of planning and scheduling documents such as, updated master schedules, progress reports, ‘S’ curves and Bar charts etc.
· Monitoring the progress of the project with reference to the baseline program and to issue daily / weekly / Monthly progress reports to management and client (The reports include project progress summary, manpower forecasted and actual, complete updated status of Material, shop drawings, Sub-contractors, PRIMAVERA P3 schedule, weekly/ Monthly look-ahead programs etc).
· Attend meetings involving consultants/clients etc and give clarity to the various queries regarding the project progress and control measures.
· To analyze and raise the Delay Events affecting project completion and thereby prepare Extension of Time Programs based on Contract milestones & data.
· To prepare recovery plan for the project, generate manpower histograms for the revised program.
· To prepare monthly KPI’s for major materials like rebar, concrete, wet mix, asphalt, etc.
PROJECTS INVOLVED:
AX 124 D- CONCOURSE 3 SUPERSTRUCTURE CONCRETE WORKS ABOVE ARRIVAL LEVEL. Consists of 2 lounge decks and 3 hotel levels and a roof level, includes steel decking slab system and related fixtures and methods. Project budget is more than 300 million AED.
AX124 A- CONCRETE WORKS TO CONCOURSE 3: This is a 2 Billion AED Project. Structure is nearly 800m long & 200m wide with a steel outer envelope. This is the substructure for Concourse 3.
AX 415 – LRT STARTION AT TERMINAL 1, Metro rail station for Terminal 1, including Station, TPS Building Chiller and all service buildings. Project value spans around 400Million AED.
AX 457 –MISCELLANEOUS WORKS- All the Miscellaneous works at Dubai Airport relating to Runway and supporting structures and new modifications.
JXB 010- APRONS AND TAXIWAYS FOR RUNWAY 1 AT DWC.
Project was Construction of Aprons and Taxiways for the first runway built in the world’s largest to be airport at Dubai World Central, Jabel Ali. Now called as Sheikh Maktoum International Airport. Project cost was 900 million AED.
