• Supervision of all activities from receipt to dispatch of Reinforcement.
• Co-ordination with Quality Control & Client for Quality Assurance & Testing of Materials.
• Stock Monitoring based on requirement of four sections of MC1A.
• Production Planning based upon manpower & demand from site during peak time.
• Checking of Bar Bending Schedule as per Drawing as & when required.
• Supervision of Construction of Diaphragm Wall Cages, Roof Slab, Concourse Slab & Base Slab by Top-Down Method.
• Coordination with Quality Department on Quality related issues and with Site Architect for any Site & Design related problems.
• Monitoring the Progress of Work as per Work Programme Schedule.
• Measuring the Quantities of Different Items.
• Coordination with MEP Contractors & Civil Department.
• Coordination with Architectural Finishing Works Subcontractor such as Stone Works, False Ceiling, Cladding & Glazing, Brick & Block Work, SS Railing, Rendering, different types of Flooring.
• Monitoring the Works as per Environment & Safety Norms.
