Hi CS, We have experienced this issue before. The way in which Primavera advised us to fix it was to re-install the P3 software. We have experienced this issue before.
The way in which Primavera advised us to fix it was to re-install the P3 software. It was apparently caused due to some windows programmes being "open" when the P3 software was installed.
