Ive been busy this morning trying to get this report perfect. Yes I forget to amend the resource duration from 5 days to 1. So Andrews tip worked. My report didnt help as it was taking the data from the baseline and not remaining -doh. Moscow.

You cant assign the resource to a milestone type activity in P5.
If you are using P6 you can manually set the resource consumption to the very last day of activity. If you have P5 - you may try Expense Item with End of Activity Accrual Type or try resource assignment with Original Lag = 4 and Original Duration = 1.

Hi Mark.
