given that you can filter on just about anything (in activity view, which is what I assume you are talking about...), the answer is 'yes'...
as to how, it could be as simple as creating a filter to only show the specific Activity ID's you wish to see, or using a common identifier in another field, like a common word in Activity Name or creating an Activity Code (or even UDF) for this purpose.

create a new activity code
filter for that one loe
look at the precedessor window and look for the one that has driviing checked
highlight that predecessor
at the bottom click on the GOTO button
keep doing this until you get back to the data date or the project start date
now highlight all of these and right click and select assign then activity codes and assign all of these to the new code that you just created
now filter for the new activity code.
