There is very little information at this stage e.g. I have planning application info on just under 100 units, and unit types only for the remainder.
I have only recently started as an Assistant Planner, so while I could probably produce a detailed construction programme, to do so for a scheme of this size, with no information is beyond my capabilities at current - especially within the timeframes. It would probably take me weeks!
Is starting from detail and working to summary the only reliable method for establishing an early programme?

Hi Tom - Welcome to planning planet.
Stop guessing and do it properly with a level 4 bottom up programme using FS links.
If you have Asta PowerProject use the Line of Balance feature to create a Time/Distance programme to get the whole site on 1 A3 sheet.
Best regards
