Assign those who will do the work, enter resource availability (two men) and then level project resources.
The software will organize the sequence of work so that at any time not more than two men will be used. It does not matter if your activity dependencies are FS or others, or no dependencies at all.

Hi Vigeeth
Just allocate 2 men to each of the tasks - when the logic is FS with no lead lags the histogram should show a straight line of 2 men allocated.
